Jon Lowder - Project Manager
Graduating from Clemson University in Architecture, Jon has 10 years of construction and architecture experience. Jon joined Meadors in 2022, but has lived in the Charleston area for 20 years. Jon was drawn to the collaborative atmosphere with the ability to work among various workshops and craftspeople. He values the numerous projects that require different expertise and challenges. When Jon is not on the jobsite, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and playing guitar.

Gabe Overmyer - Construction
Graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Construction Management, Gabe joined Meadors in June 2025. With a background of custom home construction, Gabe was drawn to Meadors and Charleston due to their preservation effort in regards to the historical district of the low country. In his personal time, he enjoys comedy, physical activity, and the varying culinary scenes of the world.
